October 2013

373240As a touring performer, singer-songwriter and pianist Dave Turner has crossed North America on wheels numerous times from North Carolina to San Francisco and back, from New York City to Georgia, from the Steinbeck Center in Salinas, CA, to The Grey Eagle in Asheville, North Carolina, and many points in between over thousands of miles.

His songs and stories are inspired by subjects such as empty pockets and starry skies, bourbon, late-night diners, old lovers, Blue Ridge mountains, California dreams, desperation, roadside shrines, the solitude of the road, New York City subway rides, hangovers, unsent letters, adolescent kisses, tattoos, beer joints, bar buddies, staying put and getting away—just to name a few. Have a listen by attending one of Dave’s live shows or purchasing one of his recordings. – See more at: http://www.daveturnermusic.com/home.cfm#sthash.fN3wx2rO.dpuf
